-Wild Billy (SCS) and Hazy Davy (SNH) met in an NC Division Series matchup spread out over several weeks. Sparkle City got the jump on the Spectre by trashing Rich Hill in his 1st post season start for the team, then came within a whisper of going home with a 2-0 lead.  SNH would win that pivotal game 2 in the 14th inning on an Ortiz HR and with some very timely hitting would sweep the 3 games in Wrigley to take the series 4 games to 1.  Congratulations to Bill and Sparkle City for a great season and a tough, hard fought series. Congratulations to Bill and Sparkle City for a great season and a tough, hard fought series.

-Game 1:  Sparkle City knocks out Spectre ace Rich Hill with a 5-run 1st and one in the 2nd.  He'd be knocked out for the rest of the playoffs with arm trouble.  Sanchez's 3-run HR the key blow.  SNH can't get anything going off a tough Chatwood. They finally wake up with a surreal 6-run rally with 2 outs in the 9th, but Melancon fanned Carpenter to end it, 8-7 SCS.+Game 1:  Sparkle City knocks out Spectre ace Rich Hill with a 5-run 1st and one in the 2nd.  He'd be

-Game 2:  SNH has a 4-2 lead in the 8th with Reed on, but he blows one of his few saves of the year, the tying run coming on a Gattis PH HR. SCS takes a lead in the 12th, only to see their stopper Melancon cough that up.  Onto the 14th with position players warming up, Big Papi takes Grilli deep for the game winner, 6-5 SNH.+Game 2:  SNH has a 4-2 lead in the 8th with Reed on, but he blows one of his few saves of the year, the
